1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ExcelStocks, including its market-data dashboards, AI briefings, portfolio tools, and community features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Informational service

ExcelStocks provides market information and software tools for general informational purposes. Quotes, charts, news links, AI-generated summaries, and community content may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

  • Nothing on ExcelStocks is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
  • ExcelStocks does not recommend buying or selling any security.
  • You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and results.
  • Confirm prices, order details, filings, and material information with a broker, exchange, issuer, or other primary source.

3. Accounts and deletion

Most features may be available without signing in. Optional sign-in can synchronize supported settings and user data. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not transfer or share account access.

You can download your account data or permanently delete your account from Settings. Public contributions may remain in anonymized form unless you delete them before deleting the account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse ExcelStocks or interfere with other users.

  • Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, or misleading content.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organization.
  • Do not manipulate markets, coordinate deceptive trading activity, distribute spam, or promote illegal services.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, scrape at an abusive rate, or bypass security or access controls.

5. User content and moderation

You remain responsible for content you submit. ExcelStocks may hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. Automated signals may be used, but reports and automated detections do not guarantee removal.

6. Intellectual property and third-party data

ExcelStocks software, interface, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party market data, news, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party data availability, attribution, delay, display, caching, and redistribution may be governed by provider or exchange terms.

7. Service changes

Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. External data providers may delay, restrict, or stop their services without notice.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ExcelStocks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, ExcelStocks is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Privacy

Our collection, retention, export, and deletion of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Questions and disputes

General questions may be submitted through the Feedback Box without including personal information. Privacy and account requests should use the signed-in controls described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
